Open the app and the day is there: the jobs, who is on them, and what is waiting on you. Crew see their own work, and the door code only on the day they need it.
For the people who work at a customer's place
Smart Alek keeps your jobs, photos, estimates, invoices and crew on your phone. Alek, a wry mule in thick glasses, rides along and takes the paperwork you keep putting off. He drafts. You approve.
14 days free. No card.
Two estimates run out Friday. I drafted a follow-up. Tap approve when it looks right.
The stuff you do now on paper, in texts and from memory at 9 at night.
Open the app and the day is there: the jobs, who is on them, and what is waiting on you. Crew see their own work, and the door code only on the day they need it.
Build estimates from your own prices. Your customer approves from a link. Invoices go out through the QuickBooks, Stripe or Square account you already have, and the money goes to you.
Photos and video with notes and markup, filed on the right job. No signal? Keep shooting. They upload when you are back in range.
People log their days or hours. On payday you see what each one is owed and, with a bank linked, what actually went out. It is a count, not payroll.
Snap the receipt. Alek reads it, the person checks it, and you close it out onto payday. Turn it on if you want it.
Off until you turn it on, and only for people who agree, between Start day and End day. When a better order for the day turns up, the app asks. It never moves a stop by itself.
Alek turns job photos and notes into a parts list for you to confirm, then finds your vendors and stores nearby, ranked by what the trip does to your day. Stock always reads call to confirm.
Need a trade you do not do? Find a company nearby that opted in, send the job without your customer's details, and compare quotes. Your customer sees one company.
Pick your trade and the app comes back with your job types, your checklists and your words. Do two trades? Pick two. Any tool can be turned on or off, from any trade. It works in English and Spanish.
He knows your jobs, your numbers and your schedule, and he sees only what the person asking is allowed to see. Ask what is overdue or what a job is making. Have him draft a proposal, an invoice or an email.
He can be wrong, so you look before you tap. He has no way to send, pay or change anything by himself.
"I do the paperwork. You do the deciding. If I get something wrong, you catch it, because nothing leaves without your tap."
Better you hear it now.
It shows what each person is owed. Withholding, filing and paying stay with whatever you use today.
Your bank link is read-only. Your customers pay you through your own QuickBooks, Stripe or Square.
Unless a result names a source and a time, a store reads call to confirm. Nobody likes a wasted trip.
Every paid plan has every feature. The difference is how many people and how much Alek.
